Chris came out last night to check our faulty AC unit. He tried his best to fix the problem. Today he showed up after handling my warranty claim woth the manufactured and bringing the replacement part to fix the issue. Very knowledgeable and responsible. Geno is an excellent tech and did a super job installing the hot water heater. Very professional and was very careful not to bang the walls. He also did a great job cleaning up after the installation. I would recommend Geno anytime!

Alrhough I felt my last experience (installation of garbage disposal) was five star, this one left me unhappy. The technician did the requested work (replace bottom wax seal under toilet), but I felt the final result was not visually pleasing. He did not sufficiently clean up the toilet or floor around it and, in the end, I've had to go buy grout and remove the old grout, etc. For the amount I paid, I would have expected a 'good looking' result. 😩
